Accommodation payable in advance; only then can reservation be confirmed
- Single means sleeping 1 person only
- Double means sleeping 2 people only
- Single supplement means an extra bed will be added to the room – 1 person only; applies to double room only
Approved methods of payment:
- Debit Card & Credit Card – only Master and Visa
- A valid voucher by a travel agency – provided the agency is approved by management
- An official order from companies of government, also to be pre-approved by management
- Electronic Fund Transfer
Terms & Conditions
Where cancellation occurs:
- within 24 hours of the actual making of the booking, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged
- on arrival or during the stay – the full payment due for the entire booking may be retained
- 0 – 7 days before arrival, or in case if no show – the full amount paid may be retained
For all Long-stay Bookings, where a cancellation occurs within 24 (twenty four) hours of arrival, the full amount quoted for the first week may be retained or charged.
